We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital native to support our European regional Digital & Social team. Reporting to the Business Director Europe, the Digital & Social Project Manager is responsible for the cascading of global and regional content to the European Importer markets, the ongoing optimization of market Digital & Social platforms and managing all aspects of Digital reporting.

Main responsiblities:

  • Strategic digital consultancy for 32 European Importer markets operating across different platforms and digital maturity levels
  • Co-ordination and support in harmonization of Digital & Social platforms across the region
  • Implementation and roll-out of global and regional Digital & Social campaigns and initiatives
  • Co-ordination of Digital CRM activities and lead-generation projects (e.g. newsletter campaigns, form optimization) in line with GDPR requirements) in close collaboration with the CRM team
  • Support with Digital campaign tracking and accurate data availability across all market websites
  • Collaboration with platform suppliers to ensure ongoing site optimization (SEO)
  • Regular audits to ensure compliance and correctness of website content
  • Swift implementation and availability of required digital content across all markets’ websites
  • Consultancy & management of client and market stakeholders, vendors and suppliers
  • Implementation and management of workflow processes between Jaguar Land Rover, market Digital agencies and the Spark44 global and regional teams
  • Adaptation of Global assets and supervision of market specific Digital & Social campaigns (campaign pages, display banners , e-newsletter and Social assets)
  • Production planning and implementation for regional projects
  • Consultancy on usage of editorial calendars, content posting, monitoring of conversations
  • Development of new ideas for engagement, defining the benefit for both our social communities and client business needs
  • Identification of key audiences and influencers and determining new ways to connect and activate them to become brand ambassadors for the benefit of the community and the brand
  • Support with business goals of increased awareness, consideration and sales
  • Management of the local counterparts ensuring consistent and compliant branded presence in all social channels
  • Collaboration with regional and market Digital & Social client and agency teams and 3rd party tech vendors to coordinate Digital and Social activities

Your skills:

  • Experience in Digital and Social media
  • Experience with CMS systems and Digital platform optimization & SEO
  • Experience with Digital campaign implementation
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
  • High level of familiarity with established and emerging social and digital platforms
  • Understanding of social and digital analytics; familiarity with tracking and measurement tools required
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills – listening, coaching, mentoring, explaining difficult concepts in simple language, and ability to relate and play well with others
  • Diplomatic and professional with the ability to work well with all levels of staff (both internal and external)
  • Passion and empathy for the consumer’s perspective
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Assertive and resourceful with a proven track record of getting things done
  • Ability to function well under demanding timelines
  • Multitasking, ability to work under time-pressure
  • Ability to work in a multi-market setting
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience of tracking budgets
